Think Outside Releases New Bluetooth Keyboard Drivers; Now has Widest Compatibility in the Industry; Think Outside Offers World's First Bluetooth HID Portable Keyboard for Palm users
SANTA CLARA, Calif. -- Strengthening their position as leaders in the mobile accessories category, Think Outside Inc. has just released additional drivers for the Stowaway(R) Bluetooth Keyboard. The introduction of these drivers make the Think Outside Bluetooth keyboard the most widely compatible portable Bluetooth keyboard on the market today. The new release includes version 3.0 for Palm Bluetooth, adding a new platform to the already impressive list of supported operating systems. Palm users can now join Pocket PC and Symbian users in enjoying the benefits of a portable Bluetooth keyboard with their devices.
"Bluetooth is the obvious way to connect a keyboard, but until now Palm users were constrained to IR or connected keyboards," said Bill Ray, contributing editor of Wireless Business and Technology Magazine. Mr. Ray wrote his first book, "Professional Mobile Java Development", while commuting on the London Underground using Think Outside's first portable keyboard. "With the addition of Palm OS support, Treo users no longer have to peck at bumps on their integrated keyboard when typing long emails or memos. They can now choose to sit down and compose an email on a proper keyboard or use their integrated keyboard when they're on the go; it's all about mobility and flexibility and having the right tool for the job at hand," continued Mr. Ray.
